Emily Barkham is part of a family who has served Oakland Township for five generations. She is the mother of three boys who love everything about the out-of-doors.  She wants to serve on the Parks Commission in order to be involved in park planning so she can make the wishes of the community a reality. Emily brings to the Parks Commission a degree in horticulture and a love of open land and outdoor recreation.
